About the project Saransiri Srinakarin – Phraeksa

Saransiri Srinakarin – Phraeksa stands on Phraeksa Road in Thai Ban Mai — Mueang Samut Prakan, the southern belt of Bangkok between Srinakarin and the sea. One hundred and fifty-seven houses on thirty-seven rai: roughly six hundred square metres of land per house counting the common area.

The house is two storeys, 159 to 200 square metres of usable area, on plots of 50 to 94 square wa. This is the middle segment: not a townhouse, but not the premium hundred-wa division either.

The developer calls the style Modern Farmhouse — gabled roofs, vertical cladding, dark frames. The common area is built around a salt-water pool, a gym and an educational playground.

Construction has been running since May 2022, with the common area stated for completion in December 2026. The legal section below gives the title deed number and the state of the land from the developer's document.
