About the project Saransiri Srivaree

Saransiri Srivaree stands on road 2001 in Sisa Chorakhe Noi — Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan, the eastern belt of Suvarnabhumi. Two hundred and six houses, on plots of 50 to 206 square wa — from two hundred to eight hundred square metres.

There are five house types, all named after aircraft makers: Curtiss 133, Cirrus 134, Piper 163, Cessna 190 and Diamond 258 square metres. The motif is deliberate — the developer refers to a paper aeroplane and builds the houses around a double-height living space.

One line of the brochure deserves its own paragraph: Universal Access Design — the common area is planned for a wheelchair. In Thai communities that is rare, and for a family with older relatives it is not a detail.

Handover is stated for October 2020. The legal section below gives the title deed number and the state of the land as of September 2019.
