About the project dcondo Kiri
dcondo Kiri stands on the road along the Taling Chan railway in Bangkok Noi — Bangkok's western bank, the Charan — Pinklao junction. Two eight-storey buildings, five hundred and fifteen apartments on five rai.
The building is assembled from two formats with nothing in between: one bedroom or two, everything else being differences of internal cut and position within the block. Seven variants across five hundred and fifteen apartments mean the same layout repeats dozens of times, and the spread of areas inside a format does not reach a single square metre.
The developer calls the concept “the shade of a valley”, and the shared part is given over to it: more than a rai and a quarter of greenery in the courtyard, a pool between the buildings, a lounge and co-working space opening onto the garden, a gym glazed wall to wall.
Entry starts at 1.99 million baht. Per the brochure's legal section the land is title deeds 82, 19297 and 48485, about five rai, mortgaged to Kiatnakin Phatra Bank; the document's data is as of March 2024.
