Anasiri Wongwaen – Lamlukka stands on the Kanchanaphisek ring-road service lane in Bueng Kham Phroi — Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani. One hundred and ninety-nine houses on thirty-eight rai; detached and semi-detached, with 134 to 177 square metres of usable area.
This is the same Japanese-styled Anasiri line as in Rangsit: timber screens, pitched roofs, a clubhouse with an open veranda and a red bridge over the water. The three types are named after Japanese seasons — FUYU, AKI and HARU.
The common area is built for families: a clubhouse with a pool and a separate children's basin, a gym, a playground, a park zone and the Sansiri Backyard garden.
Construction has been running since June 2023, with the common area stated for completion in March 2030 — almost seven years. The legal section below gives the title deed number and the state of the land as of March 2024: mortgaged to a financial institution.
