Anasiri Ramkhamhaeng stands in Soi Kheha Romklao 64 in Khlong Song Ton Nun — Lat Krabang, eastern Bangkok, on the new Ramkhamhaeng–Krungthep Kreetha link. Two hundred and seventy-two houses on twenty-seven rai in two formats: townhomes and semi-detached.
Usable area runs from 99 to 148 square metres on plots from 16 square wa. This is the entry segment of eastern Bangkok: people buy a first home of their own instead of renting.
The developer made the clubhouse Mediterranean: white arches, terracotta, shade and water. In a district of standard suburban building that works as a difference rather than as decoration.
The Orange Line station and the motorway are ten minutes each; in eastern Bangkok, where the road decides everything, that is the main argument.
