Zensiri Villas Koh Chang

Zensiri Villas Koh Chang is fifteen pool villas by Klong Prao beach on Koh Chang. The developer is ESS Developments, which works in Pattaya and on Koh Chang; the range has four house types.

Fifteen houses is a group rather than a village: few enough that everyone knows their neighbours. Each villa has its own pool.

Koh Chang is Thailand's second-largest island, in Trat province near the Cambodian border. Klong Prao is the middle of the west coast: a long beach, waterfalls inland, and resort infrastructure only. There is no airport on the island; you arrive by ferry from Trat.

This is a different market from Phuket or Pattaya: the season is shorter and rental demand rests on Thai and European visitors. The developer's other island project, Zensiri Condominium, stands on the same coast.
