Larelana Villa is 29 Nordic-style villas in Huai Yai on a plot of about 11 rai, completed in 2024. The houses run from 296 to 453 m² on plots of 87 to 147 square wah.

Eleven rai for 29 houses gives about 600 m² of land per house including shared areas. The size range is one and a half fold — these are houses of different sizes, not one design repeated.

Huai Yai is south-east Pattaya behind the hills: quiet, green, with large plots, but twenty minutes from the sea and the city, and impossible without a car.

On paper the project was run by Leena Real Estate and Baan Mae Group, while our record says Madcha Land Development — brands overlap in this part of Pattaya, and the contracting party is worth checking separately.
