Hennessy Residence is 297 apartments in nine low-rise blocks of five storeys in Karon. The developer is Art House Group, active on Phuket since 2012 and building with hotel management.

Nine blocks for 297 apartments works out at about thirty-three each: courtyard development on a slope rather than a single tower. Five floors mean the view depends not on the floor but on which way the block faces.

Karon is the resort part of the west coast: the beach is a couple of kilometres downhill, Kata and Kata Noi are next door, and markets, shops and restaurants line the road.

Art House has four projects in Karon: this one, Hennessy Villa, Palmetto and Palmetto Park. Format and size separate them; the location is the same.
