Palmetto Park

Palmetto Park Condominium is 77 apartments over seven storeys in Karon, 2.1 kilometres from the beach. Handed over in December 2024, built by Art House Group. The plot is about 280 square wah — roughly 1,120 m² — so the building covers almost all of its land and the greenery stays outside, on the slopes.

Apartments start at 32 m². The project was sold with a 7% guaranteed rental yield for three years and fourteen owner nights a year — that is a condotel format rather than a quiet residential building: the neighbours will be guests.

Karon Beach is 2.1 kilometres away, three minutes by car. Markets, shops and restaurants of resort Karon are close by.

Parking covers 13% of the apartments — ten spaces for seventy-seven homes. That is low even by resort-condo standards, and arriving here with your own car for a long stay is awkward. There are two lifts and no EV chargers. Electricity and water are billed at government rates, without a management mark-up.

Common area maintenance is 60 baht per square metre per month, with an 800 baht per square metre sinking fund contribution. Pets are not allowed.
