Siri Place Bangna – Suvarnabhumi stands on Si Wari Noi Road in Bang Phli: Samut Prakan, the belt between Bang Na and Suvarnabhumi airport. Two hundred and eighty-five townhouses on twenty-five rai is dense building, and that is the point: the district lives off the airport, the Lat Krabang industrial estate and people to whom twenty minutes to work matter more than a plot of land.

The house is two storeys, 99 to 118 square metres of usable area, on plots of 16 to 49 square wa. Between the smallest and the largest plot the difference is threefold: mid-terrace and corner units stand in the same row.

The developer calls the style New York: dark brick, large glazing, black window frames. For a Thai suburb that is an unusual choice — townhouses here are normally rendered in white and pastel.

The common area is arranged around the Siri Club: a gym, a salt-water pool with a separate children's basin, a central park and a residents' garden. Security is the Sansiri standard with CCTV and LIV-24.

Construction ran from April 2021 with handover stated for June 2022. The legal section below gives the title deed number from the developer's document.
