Setthasiri Phaholyothin – Saimai occupies forty-five rai on Sai Mai Road — the district of the same name in northern Bangkok. One hundred and sixty-four houses on such a tract give about eleven hundred square metres of land per house including the common area.
Usable area runs from 188 to 319 square metres — a spread of nearly twofold, meaning a mid-sized family house and a large one with a maid's room stand in the same estate.
The common area has an item its neighbours in the line do not carry: a meeting room. The clubhouse here is meant for work as well as leisure.
