About the project Burasiri Chatuchot
Burasiri Chatuchot stands in Or Ngoen — Sai Mai, the northern edge of Bangkok where Chatuchot meets the ring road. Forty-nine rai for one hundred and twenty-four houses gives about six hundred and fifty square metres per house: by city standards that is not a tight division, and it is precisely what people leave the centre for.
The developer calls the style New England Colonial, reinterpreted as a resort: a porch in front of the house and a wide first-floor balcony. The motif reads literally on the facades — white trim, dormer windows, a steep roof; in a district built up with Thai modernism the difference is visible from the road.
There are three house types. ASHFORD — 246 sq m, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three parking spaces. WINONA — 279 sq m, the same plus an upper-floor lounge and a maid's room. MORAINE — 384 sq m, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two living rooms. Plots run from 71 to 138 square wa.
One section of the brochure is given to engineering: fully precast concrete, heat-cutting green glass, roof-space ventilation, solar lighting in the common area and a ramp for the older generation. The developer lists nine items; this is not finishing but the part that shows up in the electricity bill and in daily comfort for years.
Construction has been running since July 2024, with the common area stated for completion in August 2030 — six years in phases. The legal section below gives the title deed number and the state of the land from the developer's document.

Where the developer contradicts itself
- The brochure names Siri-MF One as project owner but prints beside it the registration number and registered capital of Sansiri PLC itself (0107538000665, THB 20.3 bn). The number does not match the name, so only the company name is carried here: a wrong number is worse than an empty field.
- The brochure publishes plans floor by floor without codes on the drawings themselves, so the card has no layouts section: a label absent from the image cannot be checked against the source.
