Secret Garden

Secret Garden is a condominium in Na Kluea by Wongamat, North Pattaya. The developer is Room Factory, which builds in Pattaya and along the coast.

Wongamat is the quiet northern part of the city: a headland shelters the beach, hotels line the shore and there is no noisy promenade. Central Pattaya is ten minutes by car.

The project has its own site, but the developer publishes few numbers: storeys and unit count have to come from agency catalogues.

Before buying, check the contracting party and the phasing in the documents: the developer has no corporate site, so there is nothing to cross-check against.
