Five hundred and forty-eight apartments over fifty-six floors is about ten doors per floor. For a tower of that height it is modest: the layouts are larger than in Jomtien's mass-market projects.

Wongamat is the quiet northern part of Pattaya: a headland shelters the beach from waves, hotels line the shore, and there is no noisy promenade as in the centre.
