Kanasiri sits on the Bangna–Trat highway in Bang Bo — already Samut Prakan rather than Bangkok. Four hundred and one two-storey houses: by house count it is one of the largest Sansiri developments in our catalogue.
The houses come in two design lines, and the difference is not only finish. MID CENTURY runs 113, 128 and 159 sq m; MODERN CONTEMPORARY runs 146, 152 and 166. Six plans to choose from inside a single development is uncommon — the range usually stops at three.
The shared part is gathered around a clubhouse with a pool and a gym, while the green areas are spread across the whole quarter rather than pulled into one courtyard. Security is run by the LIV-24 service.

- The developer gives two different plot areas: the brochure's legal section says “approximately 86 rai”, the project page “approximately 50 rai”. The figure of the signed document is printed.
- The brochure takes house areas up to 166 sq m, the project page up to 159. The larger type, MODERN CONTEMPORARY at 166 sq m, is not shown on the page.
- The dates in the legal section belong to the first phase: construction began in May 2013 and the common areas were promised for May 2017. The developer's catalogue row dates the project to 2021, and that is the year the card prints.
