The Riviera Beverly Hills Residences is 445 apartments in three low-rise blocks of eight storeys in Jomtien, with handover in July 2028. The developer is The Riviera Group, founded in Pattaya in 2011.

Three blocks instead of a tower means courtyards and stairwells rather than long corridors: about a hundred and fifty apartments per block. It is the only low-rise project in the developer's line; the rest are towers of thirty-odd floors.

Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, the second line of shops and cafés.

Low height also means a different view: from the eighth floor the sea is barely visible if buildings stand between you and the water. That is worth checking for the specific stack before reserving.
