Saransiri Westgate takes forty-nine rai on the boundary of two subdistricts — Sao Thong Hin in Bang Yai and Bang Rak Phatthana in Bang Bua Thong. One hundred and ninety-four houses, all detached, all in the Modern Farmhouse style.
There are three types, named after flowers: Aster at 184 sq m, Lilac at 197 and Muguet at 205. Even the smallest has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room; plots start at fifty square wa. Twenty metres separate the types — here you choose a plan, not a class.
The shared part is markedly fuller than usual: a clubhouse, a saltwater pool, a gym, a co-working space, a garden, a playground and a dedicated lane for walking, running and cycling. Common-area lighting runs on solar panels, and the guard walks the grounds every thirty minutes.
Construction began in September 2022, with the common areas promised for June 2024. The legal section below lists the title deed numbers and the state of the land as of October 2023.
