There are three plans: a semi-detached house of 142 sq m and detached ones of 157 and 187. The largest is a third bigger than the smallest, so the development holds both a first family purchase and the one after it.
The shared part is the same as at the developer's Westgate, with the same idea: the clubhouse roof carries solar panels and the stated purpose is to bring the maintenance fee down. Beside it are a saltwater pool, a gym, a garden and a vegetable plot.
