Naturale Cherng Talay

Naturale Cherng Talay is thirteen private pool villas in Choeng Thale, handed over in December 2025. Three and four bedrooms, built by AAG Development. Thirteen houses is a village you can walk around in five minutes.

There are three times as many parking spaces as houses: three per villa. For this format that is normal rather than lavish — people arrive by car here, and a second one in the family is common.

Choeng Thale is the west coast between Bang Tao and Layan: Laguna, golf, international schools, clinics. The beach is ten minutes by car.

The developer claims a partnership with Bangkok Hospital Phuket and positions the village for long-term living rather than nightly rental. That term is worth checking in the contract: developers' medical programmes usually run for a limited period.
