Beverly Mountain Bay

Beverly Mountain Bay is a 22-storey tower on Pratumnak, completed in August 2021. The legal entity is JANTARAPA, part of the Thai-Chinese TCE group.

Pratumnak is the hill between central Pattaya and Jomtien: quieter than the promenade, less densely built, with bay views in both directions from height. Both beaches are ten minutes by car.

The building was handed over four years ago, so judge it by fact: the state of the common areas, how full the car park is, the management company, and how the finishes have held up.

The address is urban: Pratumnak 5, between Pattaya proper and Jomtien. Convenient if you travel both ways, inconvenient if you want to walk to the sea.
