Andaman Riviera is an eight-storey, 165-apartment building in Choeng Thale, one kilometre from Bang Tao beach. Handed over in September 2024, built by Andaman Riviera Construction, active on Phuket since 2015. Radisson runs the property: this is a building under hotel management, not simply a block with a reception desk.
Eight floors and 165 apartments means roughly twenty doors per floor. There are two lifts, and parking covers 43% of the units — about one space for every two homes. There are no EV chargers.
A kilometre to Bang Tao is not beachfront. The beach is five minutes by car and fifteen on foot, and around it lies Choeng Thale: Laguna, golf courses, markets and the restaurants of the west coast.
