Atrium Andaman City is 140 apartments over seven storeys in Choeng Thale. Handover is set for December 2026, built by Andaman Riviera Construction. The name refers to the atrium: the building is arranged around an inner courtyard rather than stretched along the road.
Parking covers 30% of the units — forty-two spaces for one hundred and forty apartments. In a district where the beach and the shops are easier to reach by car, that is low: only the earliest buyers should count on a space. There is one passenger lift and one service lift, and no EV chargers.
Choeng Thale is Phuket's west coast between Bang Tao and Layan: Laguna with its golf and hotels, the Choeng Thale market, schools and clinics fifteen minutes away.
The project has its own site from the developer, where it is shown separately from the neighbouring Andaman Riviera and Andaman Boutique Residences — three different buildings by one developer, not phases of one.
