Anasiri Song Prapha stands in Soi Wat Weluwanaram 18 in Don Mueang — northern Bangkok, the old airport district. Forty-eight rai, two hundred and thirty-three houses, and two formats running side by side in one development: detached and semi-detached.
There are three plans — 136, 156 and 177 sq m. The gap between the smallest and the largest is narrower than among neighbours of the same class: the development is built for a buyer with one budget rather than three.
The architecture keeps a Japanese motif: deep eaves, timber screens, an entrance tower at the gate. The shared part is a clubhouse with a saltwater pool and a separate children's one, a gym, a park area, a playground and a vegetable garden you can pick from.
