Nai Yang is the island's north-west: a national park, a long empty beach and the airport a few minutes away. It is easy to fly out of and quiet to come back to, but it has none of the resort infrastructure of Bang Tao or Patong.
The 31–36 m² range is the same as the brand's neighbouring projects: the developer repeats one apartment format across districts, so the choice comes down to place rather than layout.
